To retain existing fax numbers, a one-time $15 fee applies for each number ported. A $0.004 fax retry fee applies for all fax transmissions. Reports are 15¢ each. Monthly Pages apply only to fax pages sent or received within the US or Canada. Fax pages sent to or from other international locations may be charged individually at a higher rate, and will not count toward the Monthly Pages allocation.

1 Plan requires a one-time $15 mailbox activation fee for each mailbox, a monthly mailbox fee of $3.95 per month for each mailbox, and the monthly service fee. Sent or received pages exceeding the monthly fax page allocation for the 50-page plan are charged at 15¢ per page. Sent or received pages exceeding the monthly fax page allocation for the 200-, 500-, 1,000-, or 4,000-page plans are charged at 12¢ per page. Contracts will auto-renew for 12 months at contracted rates. Early termination liability will equal 50% of the monthly plan rate times the number of months remaining in the term.
