Sending an Internet Fax: (email to fax machine)

Simply use the same process as sending an email with an attachment. It’s fast and easy! 

  1. Enter fax # followed by @fax2mail.com extension in the “To” field.
  2. Attach document / file
  3. Hit Send.

Options:

  • Add a cover page by typing message in the body of your email. This can serve as the fax itself, without attaching an additional document.
  • Add multiple documents to one email message and send as one fax.

When signing up for service, you’ll choose a local or toll-free fax number. (You also have the option to port over your existing number). Give your fax number to anyone who needs to reach you electronically. When the sender faxes a document to you, it will appear in your inbox just like any other email.  

  1. Individual enters your personal fax #
  2. Fax gets converted to a PDF or TIFF image
  3. Image is sent as an attachment to your email inbox
  4. Double click and view
  5. Read, print, forward, store in your computer or delete.

Mobile Printing via PGi PremiereAnywhere

  1. Click on an email message on your mobile device
