Premiere Global’s global network infrastructure provides you with all the capacity, scalability and redundancy you need ensure high performance and reliability for all your business communications. Some elements of the Premiere Global system architecture include the following:
- System code runs on multiple pairs of clustered Sun multi-processor E220 to E420 machines as Message Control Processors (MCPs)
- Premiere Global utilizes proprietary file repositories to hold customer messaging and reporting data during the entire assembly-delivery process, along with similar customer and User ID databases that provide you with maximum protective storage options
- Network Internet access integrity is ensured with multiple diverse T3 access channels, redundant Cisco 7200 class equipment and a combination of Radware load balancing and F5 gear for application traffic response-time predictability
- External access channels are protected by firewalls from Netscreen and Checkpoint, and the DMZ utilizes Network Intrusion Detection Services (IDS) to further enhance security
- Additional input/output resources include multiple pairs of customer dedicated-link VPN channels and over 22,000 message delivery lines
- Premiere Global monitors all network and hardware performance 24x7 with professional operations staff, and consistently monitors capacity thresholds to ensure resources will always be available for customers
